Background

After gaining a degree in performance art, majoring in dance and then drama in London in 1990, I worked for a while in fringe theatre, as well as doing some photographic modelling and TV and film extra work. I spent quite a few years living on the wild side and experiencing life outside the mainstream. I still do, although I have a foot in both camps nowadays. I'm a freelance journalist and published author currently getting back into writing and performing my own material, as well as taking part in other people's creative projects in theatre, television and film. I can play a large age range from 20s to late 30s. As well as being drawn to dark, bizarre and twisted themes, I also have a flair for comedy, especially black comedy, high camp and eccentricity.
